We all want to feel happy, have self-compassion, and experience joy and balance in our lives, no matter what’s going on- the highs, the lows, all of it. But we tend to get in our own way. Especially when it feels like things aren’t going well or falling apart. No matter what’s going on in your life right now or what keeps bubbling up from the past, what counts is you’re here, and you’re ready to invite in loving-kindness and happiness.


You don’t need to own a yoga mat, climb a mountain, or be a Buddhist to get there! I will guide you through the practice of heart liberation and the power of becoming present in your body throughout the four foundations of mindfulness.

It is possible to overcome stress, fear, and anxiety.



From developing mindfulness to increasing your capacity to be present in every moment of life, Insight Meditation enables you to exist fully in your mind and body.

Together, we will transform your relationship to life as I teach you how to uncover the conditions that define and limit your experiences while cultivating loving-kindness and a more easeful way of being.

Held in silence, my 4-10 day Insight Meditation retreats include sitting and walking meditations and engaging Dharma talks in the evenings.

Community settings can often be a wonderful way to connect with Spirit, heal your mind and body, and find your purpose.

To make it as easy as possible for you to join, I lead a variety of virtual workshops, classes, and sitting groups at different Zen and Meditation centers around the world.

Each one is slightly different and focuses on various types of meditation, specific aspects of identity, or a contemporary issue happening in the world.

The Wake-Up Call

Meditation saved my life.

It was the end of a toxic relationship, and with only $25 in my pocket, I arrived at my first retreat. I’d been chain-smoking cigarettes and crying the whole way there, my trauma and pain in tow.

I immersed myself in the experience, and when the retreat ended, I left feeling relieved and renewed. I was officially on a path to healing, forgiveness, peace, and power. And I couldn’t wait to share it with the world.
