Finding strength, courage, and wisdom in any moment is the theme of this special day. We invite all self-identified people of color to gather for a daylong of inspiration, community, love, and renewal. On our spiritual path, we balance the two great wings of awakening — wisdom, and compassion. Perfect wisdom gives rise to perfect compassion. In this daylong, we will explore wisdom, compassion, strength, and courage. Learning to meet the inner and outer challenges of life with an open heart takes a fierceness that we can develop and cultivate through practice. This daylong retreat will include periods of meditation, teachings on the theme of the day, and group discussion. There will be a practical emphasis on how we apply and live these powerful teachings in our everyday lives. This is an excellent daylong for those new to practice as well as for experienced practitioners. This is a special daylong you don’t want to miss!

A book signing will follow.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $20.
