At the heart of the Buddhist teachings is the eight-fold path. It can be described as the road to happiness and the path to freedom. They are eight valuable principles that provide us with a clear way to navigate through the complexities of our lives. Learning how to live these core teachings helps us to meet our challenges with deeper levels of wisdom and compassion. This daylong with include periods of meditation, talks on the theme of the day and some reflective group work.
